Is your life the best it can be? ...or not quite yet?

I can help you step back and reflect on your current situation, including yourself, and decide on new (usually exciting!) goals or assess your existing goals and direction. Together, we'll explore how best you're going to move forwards and create personal action plans that work. I am impartial and as you work towards reaching your goals and aspirations, I provide encouragement, a sounding board and motivation. We'll discuss progress too and you will receive non-judgemental (but sometimes gently challenging!) feedback. I also assist you to address any setbacks and practical obstacles.

I'm a Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Mindful and NLP coach. This means I can also help you to overcome those psychological obstacles (unhelpful and hampering thoughts, feelings and behaviours) that we often encounter along the way to achievement and success. 

You will get to know yourself better and increase your personal insight, skills and confidence for future activities, aspirations and wellness too.
